Incoming global recession that many international companies are the verge of collapse last year, news reports about such incidents endless. But this is not a sign of the times, but it heralded a new business revolution is slowly began. Many of these large enterprises are staggering from the last century up to today, while the financial crisis is bringing to them a fatal blow, so that it exposed the inherent flaws.
Today, a revolution set off by the Internet technology is created, this wave will permanently change of power between customers and business situation. Around the world, able to grasp these new opportunities and new trends in small and medium entrepreneurs will come to the fore in the competition.
Have control of the retail game is one example of large retailers. These giants have forced manufacturers in China and around the world to mass production of standardized low margin products, while in the next few decades this situation will completely change, it is possible for those not from the crisis of 2008 to draw lessons rewrite the fate of the enterprise.
The next decade, the Internet will achieve the long-awaited change - the transition from a marketing channel for the virtual infrastructure, then, smaller companies will be able to compete effectively with large enterprises, and the brilliant ability to Mining and create business opportunities around the world.
For example, one in China or India start-up company will be able to and as far away as Indiana companies to compete away. More importantly, if the family business in Indiana has the right philosophy and look at the development of global thinking, it not only with India and Chinese companies compete with larger more to the U.S. and European companies, a more heights.
The source of this change comes from three trends: the development of new network-based technology, control over product design gradually shifted to consumers, the direction of increasing the allocation of funds to expand globally. Benefit from advances in technology, originally used only large enterprises can afford only the tools and techniques are now also into the smaller companies. In recent years, customers have been scarce on the mall in style, single commodity greatly dissatisfied, they will use the long tail effect of the network required the supply of personalized business products and services. But once concentrated in a few countries, mainly dominated by large enterprises are now also increasingly flow of capital around the world, small companies to help them grow.
Today, people often talk about the rectification system perfect, but this is not the key. Problem is the so-called "conventional wisdom." Those who advocate the following and previous operators in fact tantamount to want to use horses to pull cars.
For example, in the past three years, more than 1.1 million jobs in China through e-commerce platform Alibaba Group created. We think this business with the trend of business worldwide in the next decade acceleration. The next few years, the number of global Internet entrepreneurs will be substantially surge, they have the Internet as the only means of operation, products are only for online sales, while operating strictly follow a series of norms - for customers, partners, communities and give unlimited respect for the environment, open to new ideas and improve to be successful in business. In this new revolution, the Internet entrepreneurs will be walking in the forefront of the wave of the leader, and to use innovative approaches and creativity to respond quickly to changing consumer tastes.
Previously only large multinational companies can afford the advanced technology used for these entrepreneurs, video conferencing, inventory and customer relationship management, logistics and supply chain management techniques are small businesses with the perfect online platform for Mutual Benefit , seamless integration. The Internet will be their market, the network platform is the office or shop premises.
These Internet entrepreneurs will be the lowest daily operating expenses, thereby reducing the price of considerable profit to both, and employees, suppliers, partners and its own to create substantial income. Their main task is to do all we can to make customer satisfaction, and fair and equitable treatment of partners and other stakeholders, and other work to be completed only by the platform technology.
By 2019, that is only 10 years ago, the world will be more than 10 million people turned to these small online merchants to buy daily necessities and services. Internet entrepreneurs will be the creation of employment opportunities in the global primary power - hundreds of millions of people around the world will be almost entirely dependent on subsistence livelihoods of virtual business organizations such jobs.
However, lack of them can help achieve this vision elements. Although most people's attention will focus on the big brands, but the fact that more than 70 percent of innovation comes from companies who are SMEs, which is why policy-makers in this regard with the leaders of the input encourage and support is particularly important. This requires more funding, training, tax policy and technical support.
At this moment, somewhere in this world, or in a garage apartment may be the next people will be excited about the birth of the company or to change the rules of the game technology. This technology will bring to people's lives for permanent improvements. If there is appropriate support, this new venture is likely to achieve the dream.
Not discuss how to support small business, put in your actions.
